Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. Within these forms, we collect visitor’s contact information (like their email address). Contact information from the order form is used to send promotional material from our properties and selected partners to our customers. Customer contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings;
We do NOT share our guests contact information with NO ONE
PARKING
Self-parking is available in the compound for free
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the Hostel, including in the guest rooms. There will be a minimum 250 gh cedis cleaning charge assessed if it is determined that there was smoking in the guest room during your reservation period.
PET POLICY
Dogs weighing 20 pounds or less are welcome in our pet-friendly rooms. Pets may not be left unattended at any time. There is a one-time non-refundable fee of 100 gh cedis of stay. ***Guests are also required to complete a pet policy form at check-in.

Reservations— are guaranteed with a deposit for each room reserved at the time of booking. Confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of payment.
A hostel room, like an airline seat, is considered a ‘perishable’ commodity, for this reason (and due to our small size and the seasonal / resort nature of our business) we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations (or changes) that do not meet our cancellation/change policy. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Guests or students can be kicked out due to misconduct or mismanagement of hostel property
Cancellations/Change Policy for single room and groups
We refund deposits (less processing fee) only for cancellations/changes that meet advance notice requirements (see below).
For individual and group reservations, the person making the reservation assumes financial responsibility for all nights and rooms canceled (if canceled inside of 30/45 days). Meaning we will do our very best to re-book all nights that are canceled inside of 30/45 days, but if we are unable to re-book the room(s) at full rate, the person who places the reservation will be charged for all nights/rooms reserved.
No-shows are charged full price for each night reserved for the entire reservation.
We do not give credit for late arrivals or early departures of confirmed reservation dates. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that we are unable to give refunds, credits or alter our cancellation/change policy due to inclement weather, or due to the cancellation of a local event.
Two or more rooms/suites reserved using the same credit card is considered a “Group Reservation” and is subject to the group reservation cancellation policy. The group policy applies to cancel (or alter the dates, or the number of days reserved) of any and/or all rooms within the group reservation.
Cancellation/Change Policy
30 days advance cancellation/change notice for single room reservations.
45 days advance cancellation/change notice for group reservations of two or more rooms and/or suites.
All canceled reservations are subject to a minimum cancellation processing fee of 10% of one night’s or semester’s rate (those canceled inside of 30/45 days will also be responsible for any/all nights/rooms, not re-booked). Rooms canceled inside of the policy will be charged for all nights booked at the time of the cancellation, we will then try to re-book the room/ night(s) canceled. Any/all nights and rooms re-booked will be refunded.
Rates—All rates based upon occupancy. Rates are subject to change without notice. Reservations placed for the next calendar year are subject to the room rate at the time of check-in.

Payment of hostel fees take immediate effect when payment is made for both students and guests.
ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
Group Reservation—The person making the reservations, will be our contact person for your group’s reservation. We would appreciate prior to arrival your advising us of room assignments. It is not uncommon for a guest to arrive expecting to be in a room to find a member of their group, who had arrived earlier, chose the room they wanted.
Check In/Check Out
Check-in—3:00 to 6:00 PM. Please advise of early or late check-in so that special arrangements may be made.
Check out—11:00 AM. There may be an extra charge for late checks out; please inquire in advance.
Students are to vacate from hostel property during school vacation or pay a fee to stay during vacation period.
Students who illegally house or allow other students or persons to stay in their room without the permission of the hostel director would be removed or sacked from the hostel without refund or reimbursement.
